Our founder started working on concrete constructions since he was 18 years old. He now has been in the industry for more than 30 years. His experience gives our company the ability and understanding to execute the best construction methods and techniques.

Biography
Biography
Victor Perez has been working in concrete construction since the early 80’s. He learned the trade from the ground up and has co-owned two successful concrete construction companies since 1997. He now is the sole owner of VMP CONCRETE and is dedicated to continuing his legacy of providing high quality workmanship in the Bay Area.
In his many years as a concrete contractor he has brought to fruition an array of projects with all different levels of complexity and sizes. His goal has always been to provide quality craftsmanship while staying on schedule and on budget. Aside from having highly-skilled workers, he believes that one of the keys to success is keeping a high level of communication with general contractors, owners, and workers.
